Scope
These terms of service apply to the use of Pikka (pikka.pro), operated by Carlo Schepers under the NoCOMP brand.
Use of Service
Pikka is a free service for managing shopping lists. Use is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
Accounts
When using Pikka, an anonymous account with a random code is automatically created. You are responsible for keeping your code safe. If you lose your code, access to your lists cannot be recovered unless an email address has been registered.
Disclaimer
The sorting of items by store layout is based on general estimates and may differ from the actual arrangement in a specific store. Pikka makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of the sorting.
Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
